10.0I was very impressed with this new hotel. The staff and service are superb. Special shout out to Jason and Jezreal who managed the front desk during the evening/early morning. But all members of the staff are amazing and are all customer-focused. Everyone in the front desk and security are friendly and helpful, so are everyone working in the restaurant. The breakfast is great. It was part of my hotel room cost, and it included lunch items as well. A great value in my opinion. Some of my observations: 1. Gym is not open yet. 2. Second elevator is not yet working. 3. AC in the room was leaking sometimes onto the second bed which I was not using, so no biggie. 4. A safe is available if you request for one. It's a new hotel so I know management is working on these things. EXCELLENT hotel overall and I would stay here again.
