8.0For an older hotel, it was in good condition and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very nice.

2.0First of all the room was not ready at check in time, we had to wait until 3:20. The location is not the safest, shady people walking around the area. The room need several repairs(bathroom had water damaged wall/door frame. You could see light between main door frame and door. The room had a weird smell to it, even if it was smoke free. You could hear every car that went by on the street. I asked for extra towels and shampoo, I had to remind them twice before receiving my request. Office is closed at night, therefore, NO office staff at night. Don't stay here...at least we won't.

10.0I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay one night in Yuma Arizona wanted to be close to the business district, but mostly looking for the roadway Inn used to called the Regal Lodge and that sign is still up but don’t let it fool you. Once there you see the Roadway In sign. It’s family run and the son “Het” was so very pleasant even though I booked on Hotels.com. He offered additional coffee and a snack. The room was very nice. The bed and pillow super comfortable. It’s a basic motel so not like. $200 a night place but I was very happy. I walked into and back to the Historic District and felt quite safe both ways. I highly recommend this Inn

4.0Dirty rooms, including bedding. The doors of both rooms we reserved didn't close fully. Photos and reviews were very misleading. Employee at front desk was friendly.
