in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! So after TWO AND A HALF HOURS ( see the photo below) of waiting for a response in the sweltering Heat, i had to rebook another accommodation on the spot because i could no longer endure the heat and exhaustion! i also contacted expedia about the matter and they refused to help me in making any concessions or correcting this horrendous situation, i also provided expedia with the information that when i attempted to get further info to reach the B&B that expedia sent a message saying that my room was no longer available ( see photo below)! if i could give - 5 stars i would , shame on the hotel and expedia for not returning the funds for a room that i could not access which resulted in me having to pay again for a whole other stay! NEVER AGAIN!
