4.0Pros: good hot water, AC very cold, mini fridge, microwave, friendly staff Cons: room was musty outdated and smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was damp, neighbors very noisy, pillow case was dirty with black streaks, poor air quality and woke up with stuffy nose and mild cough.
