10.0The staff made a mistake with our booking when we arrived. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small. This hotel wasn’t in the popular area, so there wasn’t much, food was local food, alley ways, etc. the best part was the cable car to tianmen mountain is literally across the street!

10.0We stayed here at the end of a 2 day tour of the local mountains, and as this is located right at the end of one of the cable cars it was very convenient
