4.0Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but it was served at 11:00 p.m. It was also expensive, small in portion, and average in quality.

If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
