6.0I was not impressed that it was not noted anywhere that we would have to pay a deposit upon check in. I also was not a fan of the front door being locked and having to call to have someone come and unlock the door and have a detailed sheet telling us how to use the shower and toilet

8.0Lots of construction. Weird system where neither the fridge nor the air con is running by the time check in comes around. In BC where it is 30 degrees outside?

4.0The room was left only partly renovated. There was a big gap under the door where mice could actually run in. Unfinished baseboards and flooring seams. The lobby door was kept locked to keep the drug addicts out. There was no overhead lights in the main room ,only one lamp.The smell of wood burning from outside came under the door.
