6.0The house is nice except that there are too many ants inside the upper level of the house. I am not sure whether this is normal in karuizawa.

8.0建物はそれなりに年数感じますが、中はとても綺麗にされていました。 調理器具などもほぼそばで揃っています。食材を持っていくと良いですね。ガス使用のBBQコンロもあり、楽しく過ごせました。 ただ一点、階段に手摺りがあればなぁと思いました。足腰に自信の無い方はちょっときついかもしれません。 あとは全て大満足でした。 専用ドッグランもあるのでワンちゃん連れにはとても良いと思います。 また機会があればよろしくお願いします。

8.0鍵の受け取りに関する説明が事前にわかりにくい。 目的地までの道順が分かりにくい。 それがマイナス点で、あとは値段を含め最高でした。

4.0バスルーム内の下水道の臭いがひどく使えませんでした。相談して対応してもらいました。対応内容は納得できるものでしたが、対応スピードは遅かったと思います。
