6.0Staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable. Being right on the street it was a little noisy. My only real complaint was there was an odor of cat urine, was what it smelled like to me. Thankfully underlying and not overwhelming.I was gone alot and really only there to sleep so I was not extremely bothered by it. Everything else was good clean sheets ok bed and Hot water/ shower. Overall a pleasant stay. I would stay there again however they do need to address the issueof a smell of cat urine/ spray.

8.0Clean room and bathroom, but carpet was a little dirty. Staff was extremely nice. Room was quiet. Parking for regular sized cars was adequate. Would stay there again. Great price!
