10.0We were in Room 16 which had amazing views over “The Cross” in the town centre. Felt like Royalty! A bit noisey as there was near constant traffic noise from the cobbled streets but the view more than made up for it. The room was spacious, the kitchen useful and the bathroom luxurious … but the automatic bathroom light did go off while I was in the shower and required me to open the door and wave wildly :)) Great place to stay with parking included and a few complimentary breakfast items … even a pint of milk. Really well appointed room and a comfy bed.

4.0This is a beautifully restored property but it is on a cobbled street where the traffic is going past and it is worse than sleeping alongside the A1. Thankfully we only booked for one night because we got very little sleep.

10.0Linen Bank has been renovated to a high standard. Fabulous, very comfortable. Jim was the perfect host, welcomed on arrival and shared info on area. Highly recommended. Close to Stirling, Glasgow & Edinburgh too.
