2.0I called and asked if I could get an early check-in and was told no, check-in was 3P. I arrived at 2:58 and was rudely told I would have to come back in 10 minutes and couldn't even wait in the lobby. The guy who eventually checked me in was nice and professional unlike the original woman who was rude and abrasive. Room was not bad except for bedspread with stains and cigarette burns in a non-smoking room.

2.0She said to request a refund and there’s not a room available besides I booked a king and the booking says two beds. I’m unable to change the booking or request a refund of the points it used to get another room elsewhere! The last time I booked with hotels.com the hotel motel66 charged me 3 times once by hotels.com and twice by motel6 I only stayed one night
