10.0Trish, her brother, her husband and her sister law were so welcoming and made you feel like family. The room was super clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the porch and sitting in the living room and enjoying a cup of tea, coffee and hot chocalate. We loved our time there. We didn’t want to leave.

Nice idea, once you'd got used to it.
8.0Staying in a, to all intents & purposes, deserted property was a little odd but it all worked well enough & it was a charming place to stay. Wish I could find more places like this on my travels around/across the US. Only slight criticism is absence of low-level lighting on the landing during the night - it was just too bright to find your way to the bathroom when only half awake.
