2.0I didn't stay there. I checked out and had to find another place. Your manager promised to refund my money to my card before I left. She lied. Once I left she refused to return my funds. My room had no curtains on the window, my room smelled badly. I couldn't stay there. I want my money back.

4.0First off the place was under construction and we were never made aware prior. Second it was advertised to have a pool and continental breakfast. The pool was green and there was no breakfast. The coffee was cold and gross and had no condiments. The microwave in our room did not work and had to have it replaced after waiting 2 hours. Another thing advertised was that each room had wifi with speeds available for up to 10 devices. We had no internet the entire stay which was very frustrating. Also there were alot of druggies hanging around and up and down the halls all night. The room was clean but that was about it. I would not recommend this hotel and disappointed that hotels.com has them on their site. After an hour we almost forfeited our money and left to another hotel. Due to our financial situations we could not. Also one last thing to add the staff was very rude and unprofessional. When i got to the check in counter i had to wait for her to hang up a personal call I was greeted with ehats up.
Cancellation
2.0After traveling for 12 hours they were overbooked and had cancelled 15 reservations. One of them was mine. Earlier I had tried to call them but the number I was given from the internet and hotels.come didn’t work.

4.0I totally understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but my boyfriend ended up getting bed bug bites and the mattress was to damn hard. Didn’t get much sleep.
