4.0I was first given a room that had not been cleaned...my next room the a/c kept cutting off and the mi i fridge had frozen everything i put in it,the room said no smoking on the door but the cigarette smoke smell was so strong it was in all my clothes, even the ones in my suitcase

2.0The lobby area was dirty and disorganized. When I got to my room it smelled and my shoes stuck to the floor. Outside my door was a cart on wheels full of garbage. I put my luggage back in my car and left. There was a man sitting in a car next to mine with his car running. I did not feel safe. I was very disappointed that a property could be listed as a 10 and be anything like this. I was disappointed because my friends and I have never experienced this before with your service. I am out $80 and moved on.
