10.0had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madinah. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, providing a relaxing place to rest. The staff were respectful, kind, and always willing to help. The location was very convenient, especially for visiting the Haram, which made our stay easier and more meaningful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

8.0The staff was so good. The room was a bit stinky but we used self bought room freshner and it was all good. The bathrooms were neat and clean with a very efficient gyeser. Rooms were good and Spacious with electric cattle and fridge of good size.

6.0Not really their fault - construction at Rua Al Madinah caused the roads to be blocked therefore making the distance to haram unbearable.
