2.0Advertised through 3rd party to be pet friendly Not pet friendly, the room I was given was up stairs my 88 year old companion struggled to get up & down . The carpet is filthy, the microwave had food splattered inside & the fridge freezer has not been defrosted for a very long time & is not possible to put ice bricks in it, the rubbish bin was not emptied the tea & coffee was not replenished nor towels Will never use a third party to book accommodation again The motel receptionist said because we booked through third party their hands were tied They did offer my friend could pay a reduced rate for a down stairs room & I could have the upstairs room at the original price.
