6.0The staff was courteous,the room was new and clean. The door key did not function, there was no breakfast and the commuter train and crossing sounds woke us every hour.

2.0First room no privacy in bathroom, no TV service. I had them move me rooms this room dirty like someone was there prior to moving me, floors dirty, no bathroom privacy, and AC/heater didn’t work and it was cold. Staff didn’t want to fix it
