10.0This apartment's interior is brand new, elegant, spacious, and extremely clean. It has a modern style set within a traditional, historic Italian building with a beautiful view. The location is central, making it very easy to walk or take a water bus everywhere in Venice. It also has a luggage elevator, which is so important and rare to find in a historic building—I couldn't imagine having to carry our luggage up typical stairs! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for the 6 of us. The host was super nice. She helped us arrange a water taxi, waited for us at the water taxi station to guide us to the apartment so we wouldn't get lost, and even provided extra blankets. This is definitely a 10/10 accommodation. We highly recommend it to everyone coming to Venice!"

Very good location, friendly host, clean rooms. Not recommend for people who have knee issues.
8.0Good host, nice and clean and comfortable apartment and good location.
− No elevator. It has an elevator but the host didn't tell us during booking that the elevator was old and couldn't lift or not available for people to use, only for suitcases. The host helped us to transfer our suitcases via this old elevator, we have to climb four floors every days ups and downs by feet. We would not book this place if we know earlier, as three of us had knee pain problems, it was hard for them to climb the stairs every day.
