− Would not recommend. Advertised with air con & wifi but both were broken. Difficulties checking in. Intermittent, slow communication from owner.

Disappointing stay and poor customer service

The location was great

− When we first arrived at the apartment, we were given the wrong code to access the key safe. I spent nearly an hour contacting the host. When he finally contacted, it was via WhatsApp and he gave me a different key code. He was extremely condescending and rude about accessing the key safe, implying I was doing something wrong. He said I had read the email with the code on, he made out I was the one at fault and made me feel uncomfortable. At no point did he apologise for his error. When we accessed the apartment, it was very hot, 33c! We contacted the host who said the ac could not be turned on, we couldn't open the velux windows and they refused to provide a fan. This made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment was filthy in places. Behind the sink in the bathroom was particularly dirty and unhygienic. There were lots of stains on the sofas, which were filthy and the surfaces were dirty and unhygienic. Underneath the tv in the lounge area, there were a lot of letters addressed to a man, they appeared to be speeding fines or parking fines, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. As a customer, we should not have been in a situation where personal post was so openly accessible to ourselves. We were unable to stay the second night of our trip, due to the uncomfortably hot, which made us both feel incredibly unwell. It was still 32c and no solution was offered by the host. We were not provided with check out instructions, so we left the key on the side in the apartment before leaving. It was only after we had left, that check out instructions were provided. I would not recommend staying in this apartment due to the poor customer service we received from the host and the uncleanliness of the apartment.

Great location

− Difficult to open key lock to collect keys, horrible entrance to get keys. Curtains needed in main room for sleeping, skylights didn’t close for sleeping, no AC/heating instructions. Blinds covered in dust, cracks in bathroom tile

Buono, ma c'è da migliorare

La posizione era perfetta. Vicino alla metro di piccadilly. Moltissimi locali in zona per mangiare, fare shopping e club. La struttura era molto carica e aveva l'ascensore. Lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile al telefono. Anche con un piccolo imprevisto per il check-in hanno risolto subito in 10min.

− La camera era carina ma purtroppo c'erano delle cose da curare: il divano letto è sporco (da molto tempo a giudicare dalle macchie) ma per dormire era fornito di lenzuola e coperte ovviamente. I cuscini sia del divano che del letto matrimoniale erano veramente scomodi (anche questi con qualche macchina di sporco). La doccia non aveva un buon odore, l'abbiamo lasciata aperta tutto il primo giorno. Le finestre si aprono pochissimo, 5 centimetri e poi si bloccano.
