Beautiful home for a family get together.
10.0Perfect for a large group (3 sets of couples) there were enough chairs and lounge areas to comfortably hangout inside. and the kitchen was well equipped with glasses and dishes to accommodate us all. Breakfast was well stocked and they took our allergies into account. The house is very cute, and each room had its own AC unit so no one had to be too cold or hot. The shower was very nice and having our own laundry machine was clutch. It is very close to lots of transit options, and most importantly right across the street from a lawsons for easy luggage shipping.
− A couple of the bedrooms had locked closets which meant it was a little cramped with nowhere to store luggage. The beds could use a pad for some cushion.

10.0OMG it was the best stay ever! The location was convenient, the space was clean and cozy, the backyard was peaceful, but most importantly the staff was amazing!! They were so attentive and communicative, truly the best experience. Will come back when I visit Tokyo again!

− My wife hurt her head due to odd ceiling and step placement. The hotel is not friendly to anyone over 5'10.

9.0Удобный дом в Токио, есть свой маленький дворик, владелец помогал по всем вопросам во время отдыха, особенно было удобно, что они бронировали рестораны в Японии по нашей просьбе и хорошие. Также есть переходники для евророзеток, нам даже принесли дополнительные по нашей просьбе.
− Особых минусов нет, больше нужно понимать, что вы снимаете именно дом, не будет ежедневного клининга и на завтрак приносят булочки или азиатский завтрак ( нам он не очень подошел), но тут есть своя кухня и рядом огромный магазин, где можно купить все и на любой вкус.
Аутентично, комфортно, заботливо, оборудовано !
10.0Прекрасный маленький старинный домик в районе Минато среди небоскребных джунглей. 10 минут от двух станций метро, что удобно. Рядом с метро есть прекрасный ресторанчик, где готовишь на углях вагю самостоятельно - шикарно. Прямо напротив простой маркет, в трех минутах ходьбы большой с отличным выбором. Район спокойный. В самом доме все предусмотрено от и до. Есть абсолютно все необходимое. Стиральная машина отличная. Очень уютно и стильно. Бонусом открытая терраса. Питьевая вода, чай, кофемашина с капсулами, сахар, вкуснейшие печеньки комплиментом. Завтраки на выбор - или коробочка бенто или мучное, приносят утром в оговоренное время. На любой вопрос - реакция мгновенная. Кимми был очень заботливым.
− нет нареканий, не к чему придраться Одно - на террасе просто необходимо установить столик и навес или зонт, иначе терраса непригодна к использованию, одной скамейки мало - неуютно
