The location, proximity to the beach and the back garden

− The house has not been lived in for a long time, it was empty and unwelcoming. It was quite dirty inside, the floors were never washed, we always had black soles after just a few steps on the floor. The kitchen hasn't been cleaned in a while, a lot of greasy marks and also poorly furnished. The outside areas were not cleaned and prepared for guests. They have a couple of water features with old and stale water, perfect for breeding mosquitoes. The bedsheets were not clean, and what surprise we had when we found the washing machine: mouldy and basically a biohazard that we had to sanitize before using it. The advertisment was incorrect, only 3 bedrooms and a study with a sleeping couch. This is unacceptable for the price. Forget about hand soap, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, new dish sponge, clothes hanger or other items that one would expect when booking a villa. We did get some cheap soap and shampoo after texting the host. Also, an unusable room that was supposed to be an office, but with only a chair and desk as furniture could have better been used as a 4th bedroom. I could go on and on, but i think i made my point
