Emplacement et le service de Mohamed.

− Il ne correspond pas aux photos. Il est sombre, vieux, beaucoup d’humidité, pas de service de chambre. Trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Die Aussicht in erster Reihe war super.

− Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht. Bei der Ankunft Schrecken des Grauens. Sehr schmutzig, unhygienisch, nicht liebevoll. Vom Zahnbecher bis zur Eingangstür alles war kaputt oder dreckig. Es stinkt nach Schimmel und feucht. Der Whirlpool war so dreckig, dass ich nicht darin krank werden wollte. Hab ihn nicht genutzt. Terrasse ist für jeden Besucher zugänglich. Das Schloss war defekt und hing an einer Schraube noch. Bettlaken unsauber. Außerdem Vorsicht auf der Terrasse, über der Wohnung ist ein Restaurant, von dem ab und zu etwas herunter fallen kann. Ich habe "nur" eine Serviette auf den Kopf bekommen. Kissen auf Terrasse verschimmelt. Dusche im Bad alles rostig und fleckig. Alles in allem empfehle ich diese "Suite" nicht weiter. Auch booking konnte mit dem Eigentümer nicht verhandeln, um Kosten zu entschädigen. Das ist Abzocke dort meiner Meinung nach.

Hezké místo s výhledem, ale některé pokoje jsou zastrčené a výhled nemají. Vířivka je na společném dvorku a není zrovna luxusní, jak byste mohli čekat.

− Got scammed by the name of the suite, we booked in january a junior suite with caldera views, and when we got there by july, we had been changed to, not only a room with no caldera view, but to one with no windows nor natural light at all. The condition of the jacuzzis water was terrible, and the wifi didnt work at all. Also, the propietary doestn answer calls or texts, so the help he offers is horrible, wouldnt recomend this apartment to anyone, except if he or she didnt care about his stay, but only about the fact that is in the center of Fira, 0/10 experience roomwise

A beautiful island vacation ruined by grotesque hotel room incubated with mold and unrecognizable matter!

Location, but that was challenging when you have large suitcases due to the stairs, walkways, cobblestones and distance from the transfer drop off.

− Lots. Shower was absolutely disgusting with mold and brown rust along the entire base of the shower. Rust on the bathroom mirror, mold on the interior of the bathroom door and frame. Outdoor hot tub for all the units were cloudy with bugs and other matter. Also, the guy running the place is way over his head. We arrived a couple hours before check-in and although the rooms were ready, he tried hitting us up for 20€ to go in. We refused. So instead, he bragged about this restaurant right at the corner of the walkway called La Casa and kept saying we'd have the best meal for the best price in Santorini. We were dumb enough to listen to him. Food was terrible and that was the feeling of 6 people. It was funny how my phone rang the minute I stepped out the restaurant door. It was obvious the staff sensed our displeasure with the food, but we were totally polite and never mentioned anything negative. The waitresses were high fiving him when he brought us there, so he made his 20€ after all. And the day we were leaving, he promised he'd get helpers to bring the women's luggage to the pickup spot, but he reneged on that too.
