7.0Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es ist nicht so weit in die Altstadt und es sind Hunde erlaubt. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
− Die Aufteilung der FeWo ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt zwei Stockbetten, wobei das untere sehr schmal ist (für zwei Erwachsene m. E. zu schmal) und das obere Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene wegen der Belastung nicht nutzbar. D. h. man schläft gezwungenermaßen getrennt. Für ein oder zwei Nächte ok, aber nicht für länger. Es fehlt eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit bzw. Wohnzimmer

9.0The owner of this apartment is an incredibly helpful person. He always responded immediately and was ready to offer assistance whenever needed. I had a problem with a parking fine, and he spent two days helping me resolve it, which I truly appreciated. The apartment itself is super romantic, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend! ★★★★★
