9.0Lovely apartment. well-appointed kitchen, great location
− Check in was bumpy. We were instructed to use an entry code for the front door and someone would give us the entry code to our apartment. We arrived within the check-in hours, but no one was present. It took three phone calls to find someone to help us enter the apartment. The AC evidently had a governor on the temp as we could not set it below 72 degrees. That was fine during the day, but the bedrooms were at least 5 degrees warmer than the common living area so sleeping was uncomfortable. Foam mattress topper, though comfy, did not help with trying to get cooler to sleep. Perhaps the venting system could be checked to allow more air to the bedrooms. Otherwise very comfortable!

10.0We enjoyed being that close to the beach, having a few places within walking distance, the home feel of the apartment and the secure building. The amenities are a nice added bonus.
