We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige villa. De ligging direct aan het strand is werkelijk fantastisch. De hele dag hoor je het rustgevende geluid van de zee, wat direct een heerlijk vakantiegevoel geeft. De villa is ruim, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op enkele punten is hij wat gedateerd, zoals een paar loszittende kranen en wat kringen in de toiletpot, maar dat doet weinig af aan de algehele ervaring. De staf verdient een groot compliment. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en discreet. Je merkt nauwelijks dat ze aanwezig zijn, terwijl ze altijd klaarstaan om te helpen. Op verzoek bereiden ze een heerlijk ontbijt, lunch of diner en ze kunnen van alles voor je regelen. Zo hebben ze voor ons een masseur geregeld (tegen een meerprijs), waardoor we heerlijk in de villa konden genieten van een massage. De omgeving is prachtig en ligt in een rustig deel van Bali. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er in de directe omgeving weinig te doen is. Ook het regelen van taxi’s en het laten bezorgen van eten was soms wat lastiger dan in de drukkere toeristische gebieden. Een absolute aanrader is de dolfijnentour in Lovina, op ongeveer een uur rijden van de villa. Goed om te weten: de boot die op de foto’s bij de advertentie staat, maakt geen deel uit van de accommodatie en is dus niet beschikbaar voor gasten.

− Het enige echte minpunt vonden wij de communicatie met de beheerder via Booking.com. Er werden vooraf toezeggingen gedaan die uiteindelijk niet zijn nagekomen. Zo stond er dat vervoer van en naar de luchthaven inbegrepen was, maar dit bleek niet het geval. Ook was ons vooraf verteld dat we een restitutie zouden ontvangen omdat we slechts drie van de zes slaapkamers gebruikten. Achteraf werd dit weer ingetrokken. De communicatie voelde erg onpersoonlijk; het leek alsof we met een chatbot spraken, waarbij onze vragen en opmerkingen steeds werden weerlegd in plaats van serieus opgepakt. Ondanks deze teleurstellende communicatie met de beheerder hebben we een geweldige vakantie gehad. Dankzij de prachtige villa, de fantastische ligging en de geweldige staf zouden we deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen.

Mums patika viss. Māja skaista, liela, tīra. Lielisks skats, liels baseins, ērts mazais baseiniņš bērniem. Milzīgs paldies Yunita un Budi ❤️, viņas bija brīnišķīgas un ļoti garšīgi gatavoja ēst! Gultas bija ērtas. Odi praktiski nebija, varēja sēdēt ārā vēlos vakaros. Pāri ielai pāris mazi veikaliņi, kur nopirkt saldējumu. Ja grib kaut kur doties tālāk, jāpasūta mašīna. Ļoti labi atpūtāmies. The villa is located in the north of Bali so it’s not very touristy there. It requires long drives to explore the island but that’s something we don’t mind. The ladies taking care of the place are too kind and show up every day (even if you say they don’t have to clean). They basically help with everything you might need or any question you might have. There is also someone who takes care of the pool and the garden every day. The villa is very spacious, the pool is big enough to have a proper swim and you even have a gym. The gym is nice but if you are a real gym person you might have to get creative. Also it’s the only room without aircondition - just bear that in mind when planning your gym routine

− There are many different sunbeds, which is nice! But there are no covers for it so they are not very comfortable. The beach is not very nice for swimming but the pool totally makes up for that. On booking.com it says “you rent the entire villa” but you still have to make sure to but the amount of rooms needed into your booking because the other rooms are locked. We ended up needing another room and I informed them we would be 4 people but due to the original booking being for 2, they assumed we needed to rooms. It was no problem in the end but it’s a miscommunication you can avoid when you know this.

− 首先說明我在這個訂房網站以及其他的訂房網站都是最高等級的會員，因為我每個月都在旅行，峇里島旅遊我從2025年二月到現在這是第14次，這14次當中住過40間以上不同的Villa，這40間以上的峇里島villa只要我留評價的，我沒有留過低於五顆星的評價，我的google也沒有任何一則評論我給店家低於五顆星，這是第一次留下低於五顆星評價，我在訂房並且線上刷卡付款後有說明預訂六人，因為訂房網站選項名稱顯示都是六間房間，所以我和朋友選擇入住，抵達當日我只有一人先抵達，其他朋友因為太遠並沒有辦法跟我一起同一時間抵達，抵達時工作人員跟我確認只有預定一間，我說並不是的，工作人員使用電話打電話給經理，經理連稱呼我的名字或是小姐女士都沒有，不停強調我預訂兩個人，我請他看我們預訂對話我有告知是六個人以及網站的選項是六間房間，經理態度非常惡劣，我無法跟他溝通，我說好你說的都對如果你不想看，我把對話截圖貼在訂房網站評論讓訂房網站看，經理一聽到馬上說要取消我的預訂叫我立刻出去，並且說要叫警察，我說沒有問題我接受但必須線上取消給我取消證明或是退現金，我的這一筆訂單在我預定的時候就有顯示不能取消，因為這是一筆不能夠退款的訂單，經理主動說要取消並且要報警，並且請我出去，我立刻拉著行李離開房間來到廚房，因為工作人員在那裡，我沒有任何的逗留，經理在電話持續羞辱我，詢問我你是顧客嗎？如果不是請你立刻出去我說我付的錢你要退給我，我說因為是你要取消的，無論你要在網站上取消或是退現金我都可以接受。經理告訴工作人員退款需要24個小時才能退到我的帳戶，我說沒關係提供給我你們申請退款的截圖就可以了。工作人員提供給我經理的‎WhatsApp號碼我拍下了，我站在大門口外面的照片拍照給經理並訊息說如果你完成了訂單取消，請你把照片傳給我。在還沒有完成訂單取消也還沒有退款現金的情況之下經理對我非常不禮貌，最後警察也沒來，經理只是威脅而已，警察來了反而對我有利，我只有一個人到場不是六個人，我有訂房證明及付款證明，按照你說的我的款項付了一間房間兩個客人我同意這樣的方式入住，經理知道客服回覆無法退款，他說已經退款的謊言被揭穿時，經理說I don’t like your money,如果這個經理不喜歡我的錢卻不線上退款也不退現金給我說要報警說先請我出去這樣的行為真的禮貌嗎？以上的事情我已經在昨天敘述給酒店的客服，我在今天中午的12點退房直到退房時間，酒店客服都沒有給我任何一個字的回覆，他們根本就不在意,所以我如實地寫下我在這裡住宿的體驗。另外房間的窗簾是透光的，對於太陽升起後的時間非常不利於休息，房間的冷氣是不冷的，房間裡面沒有垃圾桶，唯一的垃圾桶在廁所，坐在廁所的馬桶上外面經過的人可以看見你，可以看圖片廁所的門是透明的，就算你在上廁所的時候關上門外面的人經過一樣可以看見你，男園丁會時不時從你的門口經過，無論是抵達入住的當下或是客房清潔完成打掃，廁所的馬桶有一圈完整的尿垢可以看圖片，住宿的地點可以看一下谷歌地圖距離任何地方都非常的遙遠，非常的不方便，所有的敘述都可以看圖片，以上就是我真實並且沒有任何個人情緒的敘述

Worth the money spent!

1. Food was incredible. The cook and helper was very nice and friendly. The food was made fresh at every meal. The food price was reasonable. 2. The helper were very helpful and able to accomodate our request for the food and recommended nice restaurants outside. 3. The house was incredible, very spacious and beautiful. Very scenic and picturesque. We spent 3 nights at the house and had an amazing time. Pool was the highlight of our stay.

− 1. The location was very remote. We knew this but the problems faced was due the road/traffic. We rented a car to drive to the house from the airport. Waze suggested a very difficult route, up the mountains with steep slopes that took 3-4 hours. Theres no way around it. The road is very challenging. On the way back on the 3rd day, it took more than 5 hours to get to the airport due to traffic jam. Most roads in Bali is single lane. So take into account when deciding to come here. 2. There were small issues with privacy during our stay. Not blaming the staff at all, however they were moments that we needed some privacy especially when swimming in the pool, but the staff came in to gather some dishes at the dining room. We had to remind them to not come inside the house while we are in the living room. Overall they respected our privacy. 3. The surrounding area has not much else to do. Which was not a big issue to us as we wanted to spend most of our time at the house, but for anyone else to bear in mind that there's not much around. Also bring cash as no atm nearby.
