10.0Piękna, willowa, klimatyczna, zielona dzielnica w pobliżu lasu. Bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane poddasze willi na apartament gościnny.
− Głośna ulica blisko domu. Czasami brak szybkiej reakcji na pytania lub prośby.

Buono ma decisamente migliorabile
7.0Vicinanza alla fermata dell'autobus, zona bella e tranquilla, possibilità di parcheggio libero in strada.
− Mancanza di aria condizionata, trovandosi nel sottotetto d'estate fa caldissimo e i ventilatori non sono sufficienti a rinfrescare. Il terzo letto (divano letto) è posizionato in un angolo strettissimo e soffocante, con il caldo è davvero difficilissimo dormire. La TV è un po' datata, non dispone di accesso a piattaforme streaming (ad es. Netflix). La "cucina" non dispone di lavello né di piastra per la cottura (è messo a disposizione un servizio di lavaggio stoviglie per sopperire a questo), ma la definizione di appartamento a questo punto viene in qualche modo a mancare, è per lo più una stanza con qualche piccolo elettrodomestico (frigorifero, bollitore ,forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè).

− Die Wohnung ist für große Menschen nicht geeignet, da es überall Dachschrägen gibt. Im Sommer wird es daher auch sehr warm

10.0Location! Steps from a bus line to Berlin and a ten minute walk to subway. It is located next to Olympic park. Perfectly close to attend a concert or go for a workout. Also next to Grunewald forest.

10.0Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir einen angenehmen Spaziergang durch den Wald bis zur ehemaligen NSA-Abhörstation unternehmen. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt, sodass man bequem in die Innenstadt gelangt.
