− bo public transportation to the property, have to used car/motorcycle taxy, staff promised transportation during my stay, but he backed off and disappeared

− Untuk kamarnya bagus tp tidak ada penghangat ruangan pdhl kan tempatnya dingin hrsnya disediain penghangat ruangan dan banyak lalatnya

2.0− Unreliable staff e.g. I asked one of the staff to give me a ride somewhere on a motorbike at a certain time and he never turned up. The next day when I met him I asked him why he didn't turn up. He said he was there - must be the invisible man. No soap no toilet paper in the bathroom. Rubbish lying everywhere.

− No water pressure when taking shower, and hot water was not running well. Cleanliness of the glamping tent and bathroom and the area could be better

4.0saat komunikasi melalui whatsapp dengan pihak penginapan sudah underestimated, karena kurang ramah (tidak nice). saat visit service stafnya sih oke, rasa makanan juga oke dan masih terjangkau.
− jujur untuk fasilitas kamarnya kurang, terutama kebersihannya juga kurang diperhatikan. lantai kotor kayak bekas minyak, tempat sabun mandi tidak terpasang di brecketnya (asal taruh), handuknya lembab, koneksi smart tv kurang stabil. saat serah terima kamar tidak ada kunci kamar, kurang aman saja. alasannya karena kunci kamar terbawa oleh tamu yang menginap sebelumnya.
