Overall, the stay was disappointing and left us with more negative impressions than positive ones. H
1.0The early check-in was very convenient and appreciated. The house was spacious and offered plenty of entertainment options, including a PlayStation, pool table, table tennis, and a dartboard. There was also plenty of space for us and our dog.
− Both propane tanks for the grill were completely empty upon arrival. When we requested a replacement, we were told it would cost an additional $40 because we had booked the property at a discounted rate, despite there being no mention of this fee anywhere in the house rules or listing. Furthermore, when I had asked about the grill before our stay, nobody informed me that propane would not be included. While the house looks attractive at first glance, the furniture is old and poorly maintained. Cabinet doors were loose, handles were falling off, and many things felt worn out and squeaky. The grill itself was heavily rusted and had to be cleaned before use. Most of the TVs were also extremely slow, making them frustrating and almost unusable.
