− Not even one shelf to put clothes on while we booked for 7 days. Had to leave clothes in suitcases. Inacceptable for this length of stay and the price charged

Estadia agradável em apartamento de ótima localização
8.0Gostei da localização, próxima aos principais pontos de visita na cidade. Quarto e banheiro razoáveis, utensílios de cozinha e espaço para acomodar bagagens bons. Café da manhã muito bom e com grande variedade de itens.
− Falta limpeza diária no quarto. Só fazem sob pagamento, o que é inaceitável.

− Paris ist schon sehr teuer...für eine Nacht in einem vergleichbaren Appartement Hotel (solide 4 Sterne) würde man in einer anderen Stadt nur ein Fünftel zahlen.

10.0I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team, especially Nina, for their exceptional support and professionalism. After checking out, I realized that I had left my iPad behind. Naturally, I was very worried, but the team remained attentive, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. They eventually located my iPad and kindly arranged for my friend to collect it. What I appreciated most was their genuine willingness to help and the personal attention they gave to my situation, even after my stay had ended.
