10.0Нова вила, оборудвана с всичко необходимо да приятна почивка. Има веранда и хубава градина. Плажът е на 4-5 минути с кола, същото се отнася и за магазини за пазаруване и ресторанти.

10.0Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό, πολύ καλής και προσεγμένης κατασκευής Το παραλάβαμε σε άριστη κατάσταση, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο Διαθέτει δύο δωμάτια με πολύ άνετα και αναπαυτικά διπλά κρεβάτια, το ένα στο ισόγειο και το δεύτερο στην σοφίτα Δίπλα στο κάθε δωμάτιο υπάρχει και ένα wc / μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα Ή κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να παρασκευάσει φαγητό και να φάει, εφόσον το επιθυμεί Υπάρχει ένα αρκετά μεγάλο ψυγείο, κεραμικές εστίες, ηλεκτρικός φούρνος, μηχανή καφέ Nespresso, βραστήρας νερού, κατσαρόλες, τηγάνια, κουτάλες, πιάτα, ποτήρια μαχαιροπήρουνα κλπ. Στο σαλόνι υπάρχει smart TV με δορυφορική σύνδεση Το WIFI είναι πάρα πολύ καλό, με δορυφορικό internet και ταχύτητα > 150 mbps Υπάρχει από μια θέση στάθμευσης για κάθε διαμέρισμα, προστατευμένη από τον ήλιο, σε περιφραγμένο κοινόχρηστο χώρο εντός του συγκροτήματος Υπάρχουν δύο κοινόχρηστα πλυντήρια ρούχων σε χώρο εντός του συγκροτήματος Ανά τρεις ημέρες μας καθάρισαν το διαμέρισμα και άλλαξαν τα σκεπάσματα Το κτίριο είναι ενεργειακά πολύ αποδοτικό, πολύ δροσερό, με πολύ καλή θερμομόνωση και ηχομόνωση (με κλειστά τα παράθυρα), με ζεστό νερό πάντα, με εγκατάσταση δυο κλιματιστικών συστημάτων Ή τοποθεσία του συγκροτήματος είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση, πολύ ήσυχη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς τις παραλίες της περιοχής και τα χωριά Άγιος Νικόλαος (2,5 km) και Νικήτη (6km) Η πιο κοντινή παραλία Τρανή Αμμούδα απέχει περίπου 2km Για όσους ανέφεραν στις αξιολογήσεις τους ότι, χωρίς αυτοκίνητο είναι αδύνατο να πας στη θάλασσα, θα έλεγα ότι, αδύνατο δεν είναι, φτάνεις σε περίπου 20-25 λεπτά περπάτημα, αλλά, για κάποιον που έχει έρθει από άλλη χώρα και ή την άλλη πλευρά της Ευρώπης χωρίς αυτοκίνητο στην Χαλκιδική, το λιγότερο που θα του στοιχίσει θα είναι το περπάτημα ως την κοντινότερη παραλία, αφού θα χάσει και την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτεί τις εκατοντάδες πανέμορφες παραλίες στην γύρο περιοχή !!!
