− The worst experience Ive had in decades of traveling and using hotels. First of all, this isnt a hotel. Its a small apartment complex where all rooms are located so close to each other that you can hear everyone around you and every step from people walking outside your door. Second, the "hotel" is extremely rude and insulting in their communications Third, after you stay there, pay cleaning fee, get no cleaning, they will try literally scam you and claim insane(more than $2000 in my case) for the cleaning and fake damage. Like I wish I was joking. They literally made up stories about the damage Ive dealt and claim that I have to pay their made up fees. This hotel is a scam. They are claiming I "defecated" on the bed(they claim they lately retraced) because there was a small coffee stain on the bed. I wish I was joking. They have extremely uncomfortable chairs that damage the floor with their legs if you just sit on those chairs, and there was a lot of prior damage to the floor by the previous guests that I ignored. Now they are trying to make renovations and have a new floor at my cost. They are still harassing and insulting me over the email 2 months later. I had to add them to blocklist to stop this harassment. BTW, the location is horrible for the price u r paying. Literally hundreds of better options in shinjuku. This barely qualifies as shinjuku. Technically it is but its 40-50min away from anything noteable. Again, DO NOT book here. If you do, be ready that the owners will try to scam you into paying for free renovations and dozens of insulting emails/threats weeks/months after you move out. Absolutely horrible.
