9.0The house is surrounded by a forest, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We accidentally left an item behind, and the staff contacted us right away and promptly sent it to us. Their help was quick and efficient.
− We didn't fully appreciate the location when booking and had expected the house to be closer to Karuizawa, but it's actually in a more remote area. The nearby children's park also happened to be closed for maintenance during our stay. However, neither of these points reflects on the house itself

9.0It’s a house among the trees very unique and comfortable. Has everything needed and the kids enjoyed the board games. Even offered discounts for nearby attractions.
− Location hard to find even the management office. Lots of stairs hard for those with heavy luggages.

9.0Die Lage und das Haus waren phänomenal, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Sehr stilvoll und landestypisch eingerichtet.
− Es war,trotz Heizkörpern ziemlich kalt, Extradecken wären hier die Lösung. Wir haben am Anfang nur das Haus gefunden, waren nicht richtig orientiert, dass man sich an einer allgemeinen Rezeption ca 4 min mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt erst anmelden und d den Schlüssel holen musste. Die Kommunikation ging aber schnell und dann lief auch alles glatt...
