Excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. Good instruction manual, easy to use kitchen, very nice shower, nice outdoor space.

− Wasn't sure if there was meant to be an allotted parking space, so just parked in an empty unlabelled space. Perhaps a little pricey.

A lovely modern bungalow

The bungalow has been recently renovated and has a modern bathroom and kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is a fenced garden if you have a pet or want to sit outside.

− The 2 sofa beds are VERY uncomfortable to sit on as sofas, which is a shame as the lounge is lovely, but you can’t relax to watch tv because they are so uncomfortable. Also, the bungalow is on a rundown council estate, which was a bit daunting. Parking was a bit difficult.

Very clean, warm and cosy. Had everything we needed. Amble parking near by.

− Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and a throw or two would be a nice touch for added comfort

Lovely property, shame that the house rules were not clear before booking

The accommodation was well equipped, spacious and very clean. There was a small enclosed garden to the rear. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.

− We were concerned to be told after we booked that we needed ID in order to get the key code, but there was nothing to reassure use that our personal details would be secure and not retained. There were a great many rules in the welcome book, and although most of them were things we would do anyway, such as removing shoes indoors, some were reasonable, but others seemed unduly onerous. After we booked (and paid) we were advised that the owner would check on the property everyday. We have never come across this before and overall gave the impression that we were there under sufferance. Moreover, this should have been made clear as part of the house rules before we booked. Whilst it may have been for reasons of security, being on camera when using the garden felt intrusive. Appreciate the need of the owner to ensure that their property is looked after, but other properties seem to manage this in a more amenable manner.

Place was very clean and tidy. Perfect for Workers.

− The surrounding area was quite run down. Welcome Pack wasn’t very inviting. A lot of what not to do and very little of What is around calne or Nearby ?

Clean, updated, and well equipped property close to the center of town. This was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Will look to stay here again if we're visiting the area in the future.
