7.0Muito bem localizado, perto de mercado, parque Ramiro e vila germânica. Ter duas suítes ajudou muito.
− As cadeiras da mesa estavam quebradas e o controle remoto da TV sem bateria. O ar condicionado do quarto com as duas camas de solteiro estava sem gás e não funcionou direito.
