− This is a great apartment with just two areas that need attention to make the experience outstanding: 1. The entrance to the property is unacceptably untidy and unhygienic, creating a very poor first impression. 2. The apartment cleaning needs better quality control. A simple checklist could help ensure essentials are completed, as a dirty oven and an unpacked dishwasher are not acceptable for arriving guests.

− This isn't the hosts fault, but the bells in the church playing the US anthem at 8am definitely made sure i started my days early :)

− It was hot but we couldn’t open the bedroom window because the restaurant below had its kitchen vent right outside so open window meant full fry oil, and no fans. Also, there were no towels or paper towels downstairs—not in the kitchen or the 2nd bathroom.

It met our needs perfectly.

The location was perfect for visiting the Battle of the Bulge museum. It was located within a two minute walk of downtown Bastogne. The town is quaint and there are many restaurants. The area was very important for my husband to visit as his father fought in the Battle of the Bulge. The apartment far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and super comfy.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wohnung geräumig und gut eingerichtet.

− Sollte man wissen: Vorm Einchecken muss man seinen Ausweis fotografieren und an den Host senden, sonst bekommt man keine Zugangsdaten. War alles sehr anonym, auf Fragen oder Bitten wurde überhaupt nicht oder nicht adäquat geantwortet. Im Hauseingang lag Müll, dreckiger Flur bis man in der Wohnung war, das Licht im Eingangsflur war defekt, man stand erstmal im Dunkeln. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, das Licht im Badezimmer über dem Waschbecken war auch defekt.

A good size apartment in a great location with nearby free parking and supermarket. Ideal as a base for visiting the surrounding battlefields and museums. Deposit was returned within 7 days

− The pre-arrival questionaire and transferring the deposit to the management company were much more complex than I have experienced before when using Booking.com but may be typical for other online providers. It all worked out in the end but it was not so straightforward to transfer euros from the UK and it was stressful.
