Buen lugar. Me gustó lo de las bicis por 5 euros todo el día. Y también el ambiente. El gimnasio estaba muy bien. Y la piscina también.

− Podría haber toallas de piscina disponibles y alguien de servicio en la terraza. Se está muy incomunicado ahí arriba.

Great facilities and breakfast, but the room could be cleaner

The facilities are great. The gym is very modern, spacious and well equipped, with plenty of room to work out. The rooftop terrace is also a really nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, but I arrived around 10 AM because of an early flight and I was able to leave all my luggage there, which was very convenient. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing. I ate so well every morning and the coffee was excellent too. The room itself was small, but very cleverly designed with plenty of storage space for a studio. There was a good-sized wardrobe as well as some extra storage. I also really appreciated the large mirror, bedside light and the possibility to charge my phone right next to the bed. The curtains are able to make your room very dark which is great. These are small details, but surprisingly not something you find in every hotel room.

− The room could definitely have been cleaner. There was some mould in the shower, which looked like something that could easily be removed with a proper mould cleaner. I also found a few hairs in the shower and around the toilet. When lifting the toilet seat, it was clear that this area hadn’t always been cleaned thoroughly either. The room was also quite warm. Opening the window helps to get some fresh air in, but unfortunately it can’t be tilted open. This makes it less practical to leave it open while sleeping. I also knew beforehand that the room had a bunk bed. However, the ladder is made from quite thin metal bars, which makes it a little uncomfortable to climb up and down in bare feet.

I especially like my room, small but comfortable, with everything I needed already provided and incredibly quiet for a student accommodation. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a very delightful little spot to relax early in the morning, enjoying the quietness of the early hours. I haven't taken part in any of the activities because I had a very busy schedule, but I'd love to learn some Catalan when I come back next time. The staff was very lovely and helpful, and overall the space is well organised, clean and close to several amenities. Having a little kitchen in the room, I was able to stop by the Mercadona nearby and cook for myself, which was truly helpful being on a tight budget. Overall it was a very delightful experience, and I'll be back soon I hope!

− The only detail that I would add to the room is a tiny shelf in the shower to keep shampoo and shower creams. Grabbing them from the floor could be dangerous since it's slippery and the shower doesn't have any handles. But it's a minute detail in an otherwise very well presented and practical arrangement.
