− Esperienza decisamente negativa. Al nostro arrivo, circa un’ora e mezza dopo l’orario previsto per il check-in, ci siamo recati nella camera prenotata. Appena entrati ho notato subito che il bagno era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: il WC era sporco, con macchie evidenti e un forte cattivo odore. Anche il pavimento della camera risultava sporco. Mi sono immediatamente recato in reception per segnalare il problema. Poco dopo è arrivata un’addetta alle pulizie che, invece di scusarsi, ha sostenuto di aver già pulito la stanza. Dopo averle mostrato lo stato del bagno, ha provveduto a una pulizia frettolosa e molto superficiale, con un atteggiamento poco cortese. La camera, situata al piano terra, aveva un odore sgradevole già all’ingresso. Il bagno, inoltre, emanava un fortissimo odore di fogna, tanto da costringerci a tenere acceso l’aeratore anche durante tutta la notte, senza alcun miglioramento. Durante la notte, entrando in bagno, il cattivo odore era talmente intenso da provocarmi un forte senso di nausea. Inoltre, il letto preparato per mio figlio era privo del lenzuolo superiore, quindi sono stato costretto a cedergli il mio. Anche la ristorazione è stata molto deludente. La cucina è di qualità molto bassa e la colazione è stata pessima: le uova avevano un sapore sgradevole e i cornetti erano chiaramente decongelati, duri e poco gradevoli. Infine, la struttura appare trascurata e con una manutenzione decisamente insufficiente. Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza molto deludente. Mi aspettavo standard di pulizia, manutenzione e qualità dei servizi ben diversi. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Privater Strand, genügend Liegen immer vorhanden und wenn es mal Wellen gibt kann man denn riesigen Pool benutzten.

− Man konnte nicht mit Bargeld bezahlen, und Kleinigkeiten was essen anging am Strand wie Club Sandwich war mit 15€ sehr teuer. Vergleichbare Beach Bars nehmen net mal 10€. Unser Zimmer hatte keine Licht bzw. nur Tischlampen, aber war OK.

the beach its great....and the restaurant staff are great.

− The reception ladies were unprofessional and rude. We reserved one type of room and they gave us another. we told them that its not the room that we reserved but they didn't want to listen. We showed them what is written in our reservation, but they were just repeating that they dont have other room to offer and that is our room. They told us that our problem is with booking not with them and next time to reserve room on their site instead of booking?????what a nice answer from a hotel...really rude and unprofessional reception staff.

Peisajul,șezlongurile sunt gratuite. Mâncarea -deși se repeta micul dejun,era ok,avea ce să mănânci.

− Faptul că ușa camerei nu a fost închisă de doamnele de la curățenie,deși am vorbit și cu recepționera și tot nu s-a rezolvat.Dacă nu ai prea multe pretenții este ok .

Deniz çok güzel, dalgalı olmadığı zamanlarda tertemiz ve cam gibi. Balıklar eşlik ediyor yüzme esnasında, gayet keyifli. Odadan çıkar çıkmaz plajla karşı karşıya gelmek çok güzel. Kumsalı güzel( sabah ve akşam yürüyüşleri için ideal ) şezlonglar rahat. Odalar temiz ve düzenli olarak temizlendi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi.

− Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğindeki seçenekler herkese hitap etmeyebilir. Özellikle sabah kahvaltısında peynir çeşitliliği yok , krep yada pancake tarzı şeyler olursa çocuklar için daha güzel ve doyurucu olabilirdi.
