7.0交通便利與指引明確： 鄰近京成線青砥車站。房東會在出發前三天將詳細的步行路線圖寄至信箱，路線圖雖然看似複雜，但實際跟著走非常快速且簡單易懂。 空間寬敞且床鋪舒適： 房內配置兩間大房間，兩人入住可一人一間，擁有非常充裕的個人活動空間，且床鋪相當好睡舒適。 日式分離衛浴空間大： 採用傳統的日式衛浴設計，廁所與浴室各自獨立。浴室內同時具備淋浴區與泡澡浴缸，整體的空間感十分寬敞。 具備簡易廚房與家電： 客廳設有實用的簡易廚房設備，包含電磁爐、冰箱、烤箱與微波爐等，對於想要自行準備或加熱早餐的旅客來說非常方便。
− 走廊與門框高度偏低： 往返浴廁等空間的走廊高度較低，身高超過 180 公分的旅客需特別低頭留意，以免像我一樣不慎撞到頭。 無電梯且樓梯狹窄： 民宿未設有電梯，且樓梯空間稍窄，搬運大型或沉重行李上下樓時需特別小心腳步與安全。 房內氣味與初期悶熱感： 房間採傳統日式拉門設計，榻榻米的味道較為濃厚。此外，剛入住時房內非常悶熱，需要立刻開啟空調通風降溫。 客廳空間感與油煙疑慮： 客餐廳與廚房合併在一起，房東雖將空間利用到極致，但視覺與體感上仍會稍顯擁擠侷促。若在室內開伙煮食，油煙味較容易在客廳內停留。 硬體設施需適應（燈光與地板）： 客廳與房間的燈光皆須仰賴遙控器控制，需花點時間適應；另外，地板看似平坦，但踩踏時常有怪聲或微下陷感，在室內走動時需盡量放輕腳步。 室內 WiFi 訊號極度不穩： 網路時好時壞，常發生看影片到一半斷線、需等待許久才恢復的狀況。對於重度依賴網路的現代人來說較為困擾，是極需改善的重點。強烈建議旅客務必自備足夠流量的網卡。
