8.0Neat and clean with all basic amenities

Clean and quiet stay in NJ with access to great restaurants and well as Manhattan.
9.0Lovely clean 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Great appliances and layout. Close to shops and restaurants. We found out that if we walked for 15-20 minutes to a bus stop where direct buses took us to Manhattan in 20 mins as opposed to the local bus. Ferry was also an excellent way to cross into Manhattan.
− Stairs were steep to first floor. Would have been great to know about the more direct bus route.

8.0The apartment was beautiful, clean, and located in a perfect area. The dedicated parking space was also excellent and very convenient.
− The fact that we stayed there for 8 nights, after extending our stay by an additional two nights, makes the lack of basic amenities even more disappointing. We received only one towel per person, and the towels were never changed during our entire stay, even after we made a new booking. The apartment was booked for 3 adults and 1 child. During our 8-night stay, we were provided with only 3 rolls of toilet paper and no extra bed sheets. Since the apartment does not have a washer or dryer, it would have been appropriate to provide at least one extra set of bed sheets for each bed, additional towels, and certainly more toilet paper. Considering the price we paid, the level of service and the lack of essential supplies were unacceptable.
