It was an unpleasant reception, but I did have a wonderful time in the Ardennes with my son.
5.0We did not accept breakfast due to food restrictions. The location seemed far from the places we have been to and far from restaurants, but was doable. The entrance of the premises was a bit dangerous to leave. You cannot see if there is a car coming from around the corner, during the day, so be careful.
− Well, first of all, I paid for a room with two separate beds and got a room with one bed and 2 very small pillows. The bathroom was clogged up and almost flooded over onto the bathroom floor. After mentioning it to the owner, he decided to come to the room, in an angry behavior, after 23:15, to argue about....other things. Actually, I was given the code to enter the home before arrival and also gave notice when I was 30 minutes away, and was accused of being "non respectful" instead of "disrespectful" because I made him....Wait.....and did Not ring the door bell, without notifying me that I should do so. The next morning I still said goodbye respectfully and he then apologized.
