Nettes Appartment für eine Stadtbesichtigung
8.0Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut, eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle derLinie A nur kurz entfernt. Es ist eine ansprechende kleine Wohnung in einem ruhigen Haus. Der Parkplatz, der uns netterweise zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, reichte für einen Skoda Kodiaq. Aus den vorderen Fenstern hat man einen guten Blick auf die Altstadt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin funktionierte schnell und gut, sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bett war bequem.
− Bei Außentemperaturen von 30° wird es auch in der Wohnung sehr warm, vor allem nachts. Die Straße ist doch recht laut, so dass geöffnete Fenster keine gute Option sind. Das Sofa ist ziemlich durchgesessen, für ältere Leute eine Herausforderung.
Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Orléans, Garagenplatz inklusive
10.0Vorab freundlicher Kontakt, super Lade an der Loire, ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Italienisches Restaurant in der Nähe der Brücke sehr zu empfehlen. In die abschließbare Garage passte problemlos ein Tesla Model 3. Die Einfahrt ist zwar sehr eng, die Garage weitet sich aber im inneren. Vom Gastgeber wurden alternativ zur Garage auch 2 Stellplätze im privaten Hof als Parkmöglichkeit angeboten.
− Leider war eine neue Baustelle vor dem Haus bzw. in der Straße, der Gastgeber hat allerdings vorab darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Die Bauarbeiten fingen spät an, so daß es morgens und Abends kein Problem war. Das Bett hätte etwas breiter sein können für 2 Personen.
