10.0Mi è piaciuta la posizione della casa, a pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia, nel punto di snodo principale da dove partono tutte le viuzze del centro. Ho gradito la veranda esterna, gli ampi spazi e la pulizia.

Enttäuschende Tage in San Vito Lo Capo.
6.0Die Lage zum Strand und Restaurants. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (die wir allerdings gerne vermieden hätten s.u.).
− Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes roch es in der ganzen Wohnung sehr übel aus dem Toiletten- und Duschbereich wie in einer Kloake. Der Vermieter hat sofort darauf reagiert und für den nächsten Tag einen Klempner organisiert, der den Geruch zumindest mildern konnte. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, allerdings haben wir uns dadurch von Anfang an nicht wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück gab es eine Außendusche ohne Gestank. Der Wohnbereich war soweit sauber und okay. Allerdings wirkt die Terrasse und insgesamt der Außenbereich stark vernachlässigt und richtig ungepflegt. Die Decke über der Hollywoodschauckel war richtig dreckig. Die Klappliegestühle waren den Hinterlassenschaften von Möven dekoriert. Der Vermieter hat dies durch seine Reinigungskraft relativ schnell beseitigen lassen. Trotzdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmuddelig und lieblos. In der rostigen Waschmaschine (außen) lag noch ein herrenloses Wäschestück. Der Vorhang davor sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden (dreckig und schmuddelig). Lieblose und ungepflegte Plastikblumenkübel, Putzutensilien etc.. Insgesamt wurde die Terrasse nach meiner Meinung schon lange nicht mehr richtig gereinigt und müsste mal -insbesondere nach dem Winter- grundgereinigt werden. Ein Blick in die Nachbargärten bestätigte die Einschätzung. Insgesamt haben wir in der Wohnung nur übernachtet. Nicht gekocht, nicht gewaschen und schon gar nicht die Terrasse genutzt. Morgens raus an den Strand oder Ausflug und abends schnell rein in die Wohnung und Licht aus! Die Wohnung punktet mit der Lage und dem Parkplatz. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist sehr überschaubar.
