5.0− I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I was unable to contact customer service, and the phone number provided on Booking.com was not working. I also sent messages through Booking.com, but my questions were not answered. Better communication and more responsive customer support are needed to improve the guest experience.
Easy to get into the city. fine as a place to sleep, but not pleasant.
6.0Only ten minute walk from train, 20mins total to Paris nord. Very convenient. Great water pressure in the shower. It was fine, and it was nice to have extra space for the price, but I was quite relieved to leave. The walk back late at night felt safe and was well lit. Everyone was very friendly.
− Building was run down, located in a public housing tower block. 17th floor with one tiny tiny elevator. The shutters in the living room were broken and they were loud in the wind. Building was loud at night. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. It would have been nice to have hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. It felt like it had only had surface level cleaning for a long time, everything felt grimy and dusty, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom stunk of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the couch. Not much in the suburb, we traveled for everything. The balcony was also not pleasant, dirty, obstructed by the broken stutters, and had a broken? table in the corner wrapped in cardboard.

5.0Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen - the lounge was very comfortable. Shower was good - washing machine in the bathroom which was useful. Nice apartment.
− No fan!! We were too hot all the time. It didn’t help that the temperature was 35C but it was still too hot at night. I had numerous bad insect bites because we had to leave the windows open at night. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The apartment is on the 17th floor !!! - accessible by a very small lift or numerous stairs! It wasn’t easy to find the property- the instructions take you to an entrance that is padlocked so no cars can enter that way. You could walk through that way but the car entrance is the other side of the buildings. The area is a bit run-down, but everyone I spoke to was friendly.
