− Маленькая, местами обшарпанная каюта без окон. Полное отсутствие уборки. Не работали розетки - негде было зарядить телефон. В предпоследний день прорвало канализацию

Unique but overall disappointing experience

Staying on a historic ship was a genuinely unique experience, and we really appreciated the history and character of the vessel. When we got onboard they gave us a complimentary drink which was also a lovely touch. Whenever we managed to get in contact with the staff, they were friendly and nice.

− Communication was the biggest problem for us. They were very difficult to reach by phone, both before our stay and when we arrived to drop off our luggage. When trying to drop off our luggage we spent about two hours trying to contact them and ended up having to wait at a shopping mall nearby. The arrangements for guests were frustrating. Since the boat runs excursions, guests may have to leave the ship while these take place. To be fair they had emailed us about this before hand. But despite checkout being told to us during check in as 11:00, we were told at 10:20 the next day that the ship had been booked for an excursion and that we had to leave within 10 minutes. This felt rushed and inconsiderate, particularly given the advertised checkout time. The room itself and furniture was quite musty. We understood that staying on an old ship and we expected some of that as part of the experience. However the bathroom appeared to be quite moldy and they should especially change the shower curtain. Around 8 to 8.30 in the morning they turned on the engine of the ship which gave off a strong smell of petrol when the engine was running, combined with the loud engine noises, made sleeping in impossible. After midnight we also realized that our toilet didn't flush. We tried multiple different ways but nothing worked. We had been told that you needed to press hard but that didn't work. Turns out we basically had to punch the flusher to get it to work but nobody had explained this to us beforehand They had also turned off the water in the morning, perhaps because they moved the ship for the excursion but that just made it difficult to get ready in the morning. Other guests complained about the same water issue.

Lokalizacja wynagradza niedogodności

Fantastyczna lokalizacja! W sercu miasta, wszędzie jest blisko - naprawdę wynagradza to wszelkie niedogodności. Statek ma swój urok, przestrzenie wspólne są bardzo ładne i zachęcają do spędzania tam czasu. Śniadanie jest w porządku, proste, ale wystarczające jeśli nie jada się bardzo obfitych śniadań. Fajne miejsce dla fanów formatu.

− Niestety przywitał nas brudny sedes. Wydaje się, że sprzątanie (i utrzymywanie) pokoi mogłoby być robione sumiennej, w łazience są ślady pleśni oraz gruba warstwa kurzu na sztucznych kwiatkach. Opieszałość było widać także przy śniadaniu, gdzie zaserwowano nam przeterminowane o 10 dni jogurty... Również komunikacja z kapitanem była dość chaotyczna, gdyż nie do końca mówił po angielsku - w dniu przyjazdu nie wyszedł po nas do bramy i jedynie ochrona lakonicznie machnęła w stronę, w którą mieliśmy się udać, więc chwilę błądziliśmy. Ważna uwaga: pokoje zdecydowanie nie są dźwiękoszczelne, o czym szybko się przekonaliśmy. Polecam zatyczki do uszu jeśli chce się zwiększyć szanse na przespaną noc, w pokojach słychać co głośniejsze rozmowy sąsiadów.
