Huisje was versierd met paasitems en er stonde paaseieren klaar. Dat was erg leuk.
− Het was niet goed schoongemaakt. Veel viezigheid onder bed en bank. , Daarnaast was stofzuiger ook erg vies.

Locatie was perfect gelegen tov onze beide kerstadressen.
− Moeilijk om locatie te vinden zonder plattegrond en zonder de aanwijzing dat Rat hetzelfde is als Rt of Raat, in het vervolg bvk toelichting en plattegrond erbij. Kleine lekkage in de badkamer: naast de stortbak van het toilet.
