Very stressful experience, poor service, and completely unprofessional management — I would not stay here again.
5.0The apartment itself was clean and the location is good, but unfortunately that is the only positive aspect of this stay.
− The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was very poor — every person gave different information and no one was willing to properly assist or explain the process, especially for a first-time guest. The check-in process was confusing and unprofessional. When I arrived, the reception initially said there was no booking, which caused unnecessary stress and delay. There was no proper support, no assistance with luggage, and overall the staff were not welcoming or helpful at all. The lack of coordination between Booking and the reception is unacceptable. The entire process felt disorganized and there was no clear responsibility from any side.
