− El alojamiento en sí , está muy deteriorado… Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Instalación de luz fallaba , limpieza escasa , colchones hundidos, mucha olor a humedad , es un sótano y no tiene ventilación …

Fin og romslig leilighet, men med litt dårlig lufting i kjelleren der soverommene og badene var.

6.0La ubicación cumple y el anfitrión fue correcto en el trato.
− El apartamento no está al nivel que sugiere su puntuación. Se nota falta de mantenimiento y bastante desgaste general. Lo que más nos afectó es que las habitaciones están en una planta inferior, prácticamente un sótano sin apenas ventilación: el olor a humedad es persistente y resulta incómodo pasar la noche ahí. En uno de los baños hay moho en el techo de la ducha y el plato no evacúa bien, se encharca al usarlo. Además, el somier de láminas de una de las camas está roto en la esquina inferior derecha. Son cosas que con un mantenimiento mínimo se resolverían, pero tal y como está ahora no lo recomendaría para una estancia de varios días.
