6.0Excellent location, very beautiful
− Resort is getting rundown. Food wasn't very good and was overpriced. For breakfast we went to the Kiva coffee place. 2 breakfast burritos, 2 orange juices , 2 old chocolate croissants and a muffin was just shy over $80 . None of it was very good .

9.0Beautiful location and the rooms with fireplace are super nice. Wonderful drive to Gateway.
− We booked last minute so we prepaid through booking.com. After our stay Gateway Canyons charged my credit card for the stay also. It took a week and 5 calls to get a refund. I paid the resort fee in the booking.com price. But the resort would not refund the resort fee. Sorta weird I think. 18% resort fee ($70 per night).
Nice but not enough for a destination resort.

Disappointed, not what it used to be
6.0− Overall maintenance was not what it used to be under previous ownership. For the price it should be exceptional. Entrada restaurant wasn’t open, only the grill was open for dinner. Expected fine dining.

− Only one restaurant open too much red dust, pool didn't look very clean. No elevator!
