Disappointing stay

− The stay was disappointing. This is not a 4-star hotel. It needs some major TLC! Elevator walls and doors are covered in scratches and scuff marks, rooms are not maintained properly (broken lamp, broken magnifying mirror, standing water in shower). No slippers, no complimentary water neither in the room nor in the lobby. You either buy their $6 small bottle water or walk 10 minutes to the nearest convenience store. The location is not ideal unless you want to be close to Intrepid or cruise ships. There is a super noisy night club venue right next to the hotel - I could not sleep because of the loud music, people shouting, and cars honking constantly. It went on until 3-4 am on both Friday and Saturday nights when I stayed there. The only positives are the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and the rooftop views. But despite these positives, I will not return to this hotel.
