− Tiene dos habitaciones, una en la primera planta y otra en el sótano, la cual tiene tres camas pero con una humedad que impide dormir, y a pesar de estar en una calle muy pequeña tiene mucho ruido.

7.0Apartamento espacioso y decorado con gusto. Cocina comedor con todo lo necesario. Aseo un poco justo pero ducha muy amplia. Estancia muy agradable en su conjunto. Ubicación fabulosa. Parking a 2 minutos. Y todos los servicios muy cerca.
− La habitación inferior. Inicialmente parecía muy fresca pero había mucha humedad. No es lo ideal para niños. Un enchufe en el baño para el secador o afeitadora sería recomendable.

3.0À part l'emplacement pour visiter le centre ville de Périgueux. Rien.
− Appt sans luminosité, chambres sans fenêtre dont une au sous sol. Humide. Très bruyant la nuit, un resto juste en face, de plus ils garent les voitures sous les fenêtres alors que c'est interdit. Aucune insonorisation ni pour l'extérieur, ni pour l'intérieur. Vous entendez bien les voisins au dessus. Réussi à dormir 4h !!! N'oubliez pas de prendre des bouchons d'oreilles. Le petit déjeuner est une arnaque, paquets de brioche et pâte à tartiner entamés, pas de beurre, produits très bas de gamme, rien de local.

9.0Very nice apartment, close to main attractions. Breakfast included, washer and dryer too. Would rent again and recommend .
− Can be noisy for people seeking quietness. Instructions to get in were hard to understand at first. I got the keys from one building to enter the door in another...
